How to Proceed
First, please provide the
Registration Information required in Step 1 at the right.
Then at Step 2, enter the Number of Attendees you will be paying for. If registering after the standard deadline, add the additional late payment fee and the quanity (one for for each attendee).
Finally at Step 3, go to Checkout and follow instructions
to make your payment on-line
via PayPal. You will be able to pay by Credit Card or by Pay Pal.
Optionally, make your payment* by check. Please make your check payable to the "International Community"
and mail to:

*Registration and Payment by check is not final until cleared by the bank and deposited on account. Payments received after the registration dealine are subject to an additional $50 charge. Please complete the paper version of the Registration Form and mail in with your check.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation up to the normal registration deadline, the refund will be the original amout paid less a $50 handling fee.
Any cancellation after the normal registration deadline (2 weeks prior to the workshop)
will not be refundable. |
