6:00 - 7:30 PM Dinner: Home Made Enchiladas, refried beans, fresh fruit and locally made brownies
7:30 PM – On: Campfire: feel free to bring your own musical instrument or joke(s)
DAY TWO (Saturday):
8:00 - 8:40 AM: Breakfast: Oatmeal, Grits, fresh fruit, locally baked pumpkin and banana nut breads, coffee, tea, juices
8:40 - 9:00 AM: - Introductions/Orientation: Dave, Frank, Eric
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning Log Cabin Building Session with Eric
12 PM to 12:30 PM: Free Time
12:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch – Gourmet Cook Out – vegie-burgers with all the fixings, baked potatoes, locally made cookies, fresh fruit
1:30 - 5:00 PM: Afternoon Log Cabin Building Session with Eric
5:00 - 6:00 PM: Free Time
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Dinner - Four cheese tortellini pasta with Frank's home made marinara sauce and signature salad. Locally baked carrot cake fresh fruit
7:00 - 7:30 or 8:00 PM: Q & A, Log Cabin History and Alternative Designs with Eric
7:30 PM: On: Campfire / Live Entertainment
DAY THREE (Sunday):
8:00 - 8:40 AM: Breakfast. Dave's famous pancakes made from fresh ground whole gains with real maple syrup, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juices
8:40 - 9:00 AM - Feedbackwith Dave/Frank and Orientation by Eric
9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon: Morning Log Cabin Building Session with Eric
12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM - Free Time
12:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch – Sandwiches with all the fixings, red potato salad, chips, fresh fruit
1:30 - 5:30 PM: Afternoon Session with Eric
5:30 - 6:00 PM Free Time
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Dinner - Dave’s famous Black Bean Chilly with baked potato, Ice Cream Sundays
Day Four (Monday): No Additional Charge
8:00 AM or whatever time you get up Breakfast: Very Environmentally Friendly Leftovers
9:00 AM or what ever time works for you. If you like you can join us as we put the finishing touches on the log cabin.
12:30 PM Lunch – Leftover Eating Contest – The looser has to clean the outhouse. (just kiddin")
Health Snacks available at no charge throughout the weekend.
Things To Bring: tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, pillow, flashlight, work boots, gloves, soap, shampoo, towel, tooth brush, tooth paste, ...
Optional Things To Bring: Additional clothes, change of footwear, pocket knife, hatchet or an ax, safety goggles, additional snacks if you don’t like our menu. Bear repellant (bears will be provided at a slight additional cost).
